There are strong indications that President Goodluck Jonathan will declare his ambition to run for a second term in office come April, 2014.

Authoritative sources confirmed that the “Jonathan For Second Term” campaign is working round the clock to ensure that the April deadline does not fail.

Some of the details of the plan leaked stipulates that the President will pay homage to all A class monarchs, this plan according to source has already kicked off with the president’s visit to traditional rulers in the South west geo-political zone.

“ The concern now is that the President gives a uniform present to all the monarchs, you know if the Ooni of Ife gets more than the Oyo monarch, that could create another problem for the President taking into account the bitter rivalry between the Ooni and the Alafin” our source said.
