Oyo state government has commiserated with the management and staff of Space FM, Ibadan on the demise of its General Manager, Bunmi Atekoja, describing her as an amiable person, whose zeal for creativity and innovations will be greatly missed.
The State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Toye Arulogun expressed his sympathy during a condolence visit to Space FM today, describing death as a debt everyone owes.
In a statement issued from the office of the Hon. Commissioner and made available to CEOAfrica, Mr. Arulogun extolled the virtues of late Bunmi Atekoja, whom he said lived a fulfilled life, as her impact was felt by everyone she met.
He said that her death came as a rude shock to the state government, adding that she would be remembered for her dedication to her duty and unflinching support to the State government.
Mr. Arulogun condoled with the Space FM, the family members, colleagues and friends of the deceased, and prayed for God grants them the fortitude to bear the loss.
