President Buhari begins two-day visit to Edo.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday landed in Benin airport to begin a two-day working visit to Edo.

According to CEOAFRICA’s source, Nigerian tribune, Buhari, who arrived at about 10:43a.m aboard Air Force flight 5N-FGW was received by Edo state’s Governor Adams Oshiomhole.

He inspected a guard of honour mounted by military personnel before he proceeded to the palace of the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare N’gidigan II, on a courtesy visit.

Dignitaries at the airport included Chief John Oyegun, the APC National Chairman, Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, Mr Godwin Obaseki, the state governor-elect, service commanders, lawmakers, and other party leaders.
