A former minister for education and past governor of Kano State, Alhaji Ibrahim Shekarau, has called on people of Edo State to vote for the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, to experience good governance.
Shekarau stated this in Benin, yesterday, while speaking at a campaign fund-raising dinner for the party’s governorship candidate.

He said that the PDP candidate was committed to the development of the state, assuring that with Ize-Iyamu, Edo people stood the chance to gain.
Shekarau said that election in Nigeria has moved beyond buying of peoples’ conscience, describing the PDP candidate as a man of vision and commitment.
