Okowa, Otuaro, Prof Albert to grace SPSP

The executive governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, his deputy, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro are part of the high profile dignitaries expected to grace the 10th international conference and General Assembly of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP).

 The programme, with the theme: Curbing Corruption and Building Sustainable Peace, is scheduled to hold at the Grand Hotel Asaba, Delta State, between August 15 and 17.

 Keynote speaker is the provost of the ICPC anti-corruption Academy, Abuja, Prof Sola Akinriade. Chairman, Board of Trustees, SPSP, Professor I. Albert is also expected to be at the forefront of activities.

 Other dignitaries expected are President, SPSP Dr Willie Eselebor, the royal father of the day, Obi of Owa Kingdom, His Imperial Majesty, Dr Emmanuel Onyike Efeizomor II, Delta State chairman of SPSP, Prof Ben Okaba.

 Others are chairman of the opening ceremony, Prof Sam Oyovbaire, former Minister of Information.

 The programme is facilitated in partnership with the University of Ibadan, IFRA Nigeria, IPSS, University of Ilorin, Benue State University , Delta State Government and

CEOAFRICA , the official media partner.
