A 37-year-old man has been arraigned in Lagos after he allegedly put pepper into his 10-year-old daughters' private part, Vanguard reported.

The father, has put pepper into his daughters' private part, eyes and all over her body because she failed according to her school report sheet.

According to reports, this is not the first incident of abuse the man has done.

One time according to the child's step mother, he tied her up onto the ceiling fan using a dog shcain and left her there.

The accused has denied all charges set against him by the Ogudu Magistrate Court.

He has been offered a bail of N100 000, however, the case has been adjourned until October 13.
