A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja the Federal Capital Territory, has grant bail to the Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki, his deputy Ike Ekweremadu and the fourth defendant in the ongoing trial of the Alleged conspiracy and forgery of the Senate Rules 2015.

The Court asks the accused to produce two reasonable sureties who must be Nigerians and own properties in Asokoro, Maitama, Wuse 2 and Gariki area of Abuja.

Justice Yusuf Halilu said the accused will be remanded in Kuje prison if they fail to meet the bail condition.

The Court adjoins to July 11 for commencement of trial.
