League Two side Plymouth Argyle have signed defender Yann Songo’o for next season after his release by Blackburn.

Yann Songo’o The former Cameroon Under-20 international, 24, played under boss Derek Adams last season on loan at Scottish Premier League side Ross County, where he made 17 appearances.

Songo’o started his career at Deportivo La Coruna and has had stints at Metz, Real Zaragoza and Sporting Kansas City.

He is the younger brother of former Portsmouth striker Franck Songo’o.
