A four-storey complex currently under construction at the sprawling Itoku Market in Abeokuta, Ogun State, collapsed on Friday morning, killing several people.

Emergency handling agencies have been deployed to the scene for rescue operation.

Other injured victims have been taken to the state hospital, Ijaiye, also in the state capital.
