A Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday struck out a suit by the widow of the late former Senate President, Chuba Okadigbo, Mrs. Margery Chuba-Oka‎digbo, challenging the emergence of Senator Stella Oduah, as the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate for the Anambra North Senatorial District Election in 2015.

In his judgment, Justice Ademola struck out the suit ‎on the grounds that the Federal High Court lacked jurisdiction to entertain such pre-election case.
