One Lucky Igweh was shot in the chest by a soldier at Rumuokwuta, in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Port Harcourt.

Igweh told CEOAfrica source  that he was in a queue to vote when the soldier released a gunshot that accidently hit him.

He said there was an uproar at the polling station and the soldier shot the people and he was hit on the right chest.

He was rushed to a clinic by policemen at the scene of the incident.
