Securex Agencies (K) LTD has  announcee the appointment of Mr Charles  Nderitu as the company’s new Head of the Guarding Unit.

Mr Nderitu rose through the ranks from being a guard, to a supervisor, to a deployment officer, to an assistant zone manager, to a zone manager, to the senior role he now occupies.

Speaking on the appointment, Securex Agencies’ Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Lemmer, expressed confidence that Mr Nderitu’s hard work andndedication to service will lend well to the firm’s overall commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

“Charles really epitomises the core values of Securex. He will do whatever it takes to succeed and achieve his own personal goals and that of Securex.

Having started as a guard 13 years ago and now being responsible for thousands of guards speaks volumes of his dedication, hard work and determination. I am very proud that he is part of our Securex family.”

Mr Nderitu was honoured by the appointment and explained, “During my 13 years of service at Securex, I have watched the company grow in leaps and bounds. When I joined, we had relatively few guards, but we have had steady growth even in turbulent times, which just goes to show you how far we have come as a company.

“When I looked across at our rivals, many were either stagnating or indeed, lagging behind. I noticed the positive direction the company was taking from very early on, and that is why I chose to stay and grow here.”
