Dont Ask For A BilliOn on Twitter says MarkZuckerberg
Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg hasn’t posted a response to Kanye West’s request for a billion-dollar loan… but he did “Like” one, it seems.
Screenshots of a now-deleted Facebook post by Steven Grimm, a former Facebook engineer, show that Mark was one of around 200 people who liked Steven’s response to Kanye.
“Dear Kanye West,” Steven wrote. “If you’re going to ask the CEO of Facebook for a billion dollars, maybe don’t do it on Twitter.”
(Credit where credit is due: Steven said someone named Annika Goldman was the brainchild of the post.)
We’re sure Kanye using a Facebook competitor to make his request won’t make a difference in Mark’s decision, but with an estimated net worth of about $36 billion, Mark certainly could say yes.
(He did, however, recently pledge to donate 99% of his Facebook stock to charity.)
“Mark Zuckerberg invest 1 billion dollars into Kanye West ideas,” Yeezy tweeted on February 14, a day after claiming he has $53 million of debt.
“Mark Zuckerberg I know it’s your bday but can you please call me by tommorow,” he wrote 12 hours later.
Dear Kanye West, if you’re going to use Twitter to ask the CEO of Facebook for a billion dollars and say you know it’s his birthday, maybe don’t get his birthday wrong. It’s May 14, not February 14!
