A save-our-soul call has gone to the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Emirate ward secretariat in Ilorin, the Kwara state Capital.

In a statement signed by its ward Emirate Chairman and Secretary respectively, Alh. Bashir Aduagba and Fati Ajetumbi, said that since the inception of the present administration, members are not being carried along in the provision of amenities such as, distribution of Haji, Political offices, Jerusalem, Mecca and many others. Bashir said this became necessary since the government came on board from the Emirate ward comprising of five Local Government Areas.

They, therefore, called on the Senate President to come to their aids as soon as possible. According to them, the Local Government Election is drawing nearer and the five LGAs in the Emirate Council will not actively participate in the election, if necessary steps are not being taken.
