WWE superstar Triple H has been named the World Heavyweight champions with the likes of Deam Ambrose and Kalisto winning other titles. Triple H’s  arrival as the bout’s final entrant spelled the end for WWE World Heavyweight Champion Reigns who was forced to defend his title from the No. 1 position.

Fighting uphill the entire time in this “One Versus All” encounter, Reigns started off strong, dumping No. 2 entrant Rusev in less than two minutes.

In other matches on Royal Rumble night, Dean Ambrose beats Kevin Owens in a last-man standing match to retain the  Intercontinental title.

Kalisto wins the US Championship after defeating Alberto Del Rio while the New Day beat The Usos to retain the Tag Team titles. For the women events, Charlotte beats Becky Lynch to retain the Divas Championship. The 2016 Royal Rumble event was 30-man main event for the first time in its history.
