The rehabbed star was recently spotted out partying with singer Chris Brown which begged for the question, Is he back to his old ways?

"Scott has been incredibly down for weeks and he is really trying to get to the bottom of it," said a source close to the family to Us Weekly.

Though it's unclear whether Scott was drinking for their night out, it's safe to say he hasn't stayed away from the club scene, as he promised last month. In fact, reports claim the reality star seemed to be slipping right back into his party promoter ways, speaking to the crowd on a microphone at the venue. Interestingly, Disick's pseudo sis Kendall Jenner was also spotted at Nice Guy that evening but the source says, "Kendall and Scott saw each other, but didn't acknowledge one another. He walked right past her table and Kendall rolled her eyes." Their last public encounter proved to be an icy one, as Jenner gave Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy the cold shoulder at club Hyde.
