Former Togolese international Emmanuel Adebayor has left football fans speculating about his next club as the 31-year-old striker was pictured in Paris on Monday, January 18. Using his Instagram Account ‘team_adebayor’, the former Tottenham Hotspur striker revealed a Snapchat screenshot of himself in the French capital, featuring the annotation: ‘Paris is magic.’

Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann has said Adebayor would be welcomed by the players at the club should he join the Eagles.

Earlier, coach of the club, Alan Pardew, confirmed Palace would ensure to sign a new striker in the transfer window -with the Togo international one of the names in the frame and 28-year-old Dann believes the ‘quality’ forward would be a hit a Selhurst Park.

The controversial striker has been working on his fitness back in his homeland as he bids to find a new club following his release from Tottenham earlier this season, with a switch to the English Premier League his top priority.

According to Sportsmail (UK) the main criteria for the deal is the length of contract which Palace offer Adebayor, possibly until the end of the season, with a view to a longer contract depending on how he performs.
