Angola's women national basketball team fell from a comfortable lead on Thursday to Nigeria by 59-61 and knocked out of the finals of All Africa Games taking place in Congo Brazzaville.

Nigeria was trailing by 36-44 at the first half, during the match played at Makélékélé pavilion before upping their ante in the second half.

Angola will play the third place with the defeated team in Senegal -Mali game.
