The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced it has closed both its Retail Dutch Auction System (RDAS) and Wholesale Dutch Auction System (WDAS) windows with immediate effect and directed that all foreign exchange demand be channelled to the Interbank Foreign Exchange Market.
