Nigerian Army declares ‘Gentle The Yahoo’ wanted, offers ₦30m reward

The Nigerian Army, under Operation Udoka, has declared Ifeanyi Eze Okorienta, popularly known as ‘Gentle The Yahoo,’ wanted and announced a ₦30 million reward for credible information leading to his arrest.

The Joint Task Force South-East, in a wanted notice, described Okorienta as a threat to peace and security in the region, urging members of the public to assist security agencies in locating him.

The military said anyone who provides credible information that leads to his capture will receive the ₦30 million reward.

Residents were also encouraged to support ongoing efforts to curb violence and criminality in the South-East, under the message: “Give Peace a Chance.”

Members of the public with useful information are advised to contact security authorities through 193 or 0806 795 9570. The Army said informants can provide information anonymously.
