Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that she is no longer interested in marriage following her separation from her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

The actress, who is a mother of two boys, however stated that she still hopes to expand her family and is particularly determined to have a daughter.

Daniels made the disclosure during a recent livestream session with popular TikToker Jarvis, where she spoke candidly about her personal life and future plans.

“I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys. It sounds crazy, but for some reason I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl,” she said.

Explaining her desire for a daughter, the actress noted that she believes women tend to maintain closer emotional ties with their parents as they grow older.

“Men will grow, get married and focus more on building their families. But for women, she will always remember home,” Daniels added.

Regina Daniels and businessman-politician Ned Nwoko got married in 2019, a union that attracted widespread public attention due to the significant age difference between the couple. Daniels was 19 years old at the time of the marriage.

The couple share two sons together.

Their marriage reportedly faced serious challenges in late 2025 after allegations surfaced from Nwoko claiming that the actress was struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and required rehabilitation.

Daniels denied the allegations, accusing Nwoko of manipulation, psychological control, and emotional abuse.

Following the public dispute, the actress moved out of their matrimonial home and has since maintained that she is single.
