As we count down to the ACPN National Conference tagged "IFEADIGO 2025' with just 32 days left, we highlight the enchanting Ekwulumili Botanical Garden. Located along a small stream in Ekwulumili, Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State, this secluded grove spans approximately 1 kilometer in diameter and is adorned with lush bamboo and shrubs.

The garden is a sanctuary for rare herbs and endangered plant species, catering to the indigenous need for alternative medicine. Its natural setting provides an ideal environment for nurturing these valuable plants, making it a noteworthy ecological site. One of the garden’s most remarkable features is the clear stream water that surrounds it, ensuring that it remains evergreen throughout the year.

Ekwulumili Botanical Garden stands as one of the major tourist attractions in Anambra State. It is also the proposed site for the Federal Government Botanical Garden in Eastern Nigeria, signaling the significance of this location in promoting biodiversity and conservation efforts in the region.

As we approach the "IFEADIGO 2025" conference, set to take place from July 22 to 27, 2025, at the International Conference Center in Awka, we are reminded of the vital connection between healthcare and the natural environment. This year’s theme, “Technology Integration and Personalized Care: The Future of Community Pharmacists’ Practice in Nigeria,” encourages us to seek holistic approaches to health, drawing inspiration from our rich biodiversity.

Join us in celebrating the beauty of the Ekwulumili Botanical Garden and its potential to contribute to health and wellness in Nigeria. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue our countdown to IFEADIGO 2025!
