
Continuing proactive efforts in anticipation of the 44th Annual International Scientific Conference, Pharm. Ezeh Ambrose Igwekamma, the National Chairman of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), visited HRH Igwe Obi Gibson Nwosu, the Eze Uzu II of Awka Ancient Kingdom, at his palace on Monday, June 9, 2025. This visit served to foster collaboration and garner support from traditional leadership for the forthcoming conference.
During the meeting, Pharm. Ezeh articulated the pivotal role of traditional rulers in enhancing healthcare delivery and community engagement. “Our community pharmacists are vital pillars within the healthcare sector, and we are dedicated to driving forward innovations that enhance patient care. The upcoming IFEADIGO conference will not only showcase advancements in pharmacy but will also highlight our commitment to working hand-in-hand with traditional institutions to serve our communities better,” he stated.
HRH Igwe Nwosu warmly welcomed the ACPN's initiatives, recognizing the significant contributions that pharmacists make to the wellbeing of citizens.
