A group of professionals, Lagos Vanguard Group, says it has launched a campaign strategy that will ensure victory for the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, on February 28.

The convener of the group, Mr. Rotimi Martins, said in a statement that the group would recruit hundreds of canvassers who would engage in door-to-door campaigns.

The group added that it had also launched regional support zones in several local government areas so as to ensure that the ‘gospel’ of Ambode is spread across the state.

The statement read, “We have recruited hundreds of canvassers who will engage in door-to-door, street-to-street campaigns as well as street carnivals to drum support for our candidates. You will begin to see our canvassers at Ojuwoye, Alaba, Idumota, Tejuosho and Balogun markets.”
