Prof. Aina O. Adeogun, a Professor of Molecular and Cellular Toxicology with a specific focus on Aquatic Toxicology in the Department of Zoology at the University of Ibadan, has been elected as a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Sciences (NAS) on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Wole Olanipekun St, Cadastral Zone, Abuja. In her role as the Coordinator of the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) Ibadan Branch, Prof. Adeogun has been an ardent advocate for the advancement of women in research.
