NULGE Chairman dies after slumping at filling station amid Fuel scarcity

The chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) in Akure South local government of Ondo State, Oluwatuyi Olasoji, has d!ed few days after collapsing while waiting to buy the Fuel at a petrol station.

According to a tabloid in the state, Sunshine Truth, the deceased was rushed to the Federal Medical Center in Owo after he slumped and has been in the hospital since then. He was said to have undergone a surgery and given up the ghost on Monday, September 9.

Nigerians have been battling with fuel scarcity for a while now. The scarcity has forced many to queue in fuel stations for long hours just to get the commodity.
