This collaboration, she said, will enhance the agenda of President Bola Tinubu on ensuring food security and availability in Nigeria.

Speaking at the IAR&T hall in company of delegates of POWA, she furthered that furthered that “the reason we are here is to collaborate with IART and UNESCO Ref. We hope that by this collaboration, we will reduce the hunger to zero or lesser one before the end of 2030.”

Disclosing that she is already training about sixty women in agriculture, the POWA President assured that some women will be picked from Ibadan, Oyo State to join the training at a low cost.

She earlier expressed her excitement to be at the institute, explaining that their visit is “part of my concerted efforts as National Advocate of Young Women in Agriculture.”
