COVID-19: Lagos CP arrests Scores in Surulere, Maryland

The Commissioner of Police Lagos State Command, CP Hakeem Odumosu, today 9th January, arrested scores in Surulere and Maryland for violating COVID-19 protocols.

This was made known to CEOAFRICA in a press statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi, on Saturday, January 9th, 2021.

The CP and his team lanced on a Lounge 38, Bode Thomas in Surulere and arrested some scores clubbing at about 1am, which was contrary to the directives of the State Government.

The Police team also arrested some people in Maryland for going against the 12 to 4am curfew imposed by the State Government.    

CP Odumosu vowed to do everything possible to ensure orders are followed and the spread of the virus is curbed in Lagos state.
