The minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has disclosed that the Federal Government has no plan to shut down the internet or social media.

The Minister on Thursday, while addressing a press conference in Abuja, said the government is only planning to work with stakeholders to regulate social media.

He stated that social media was largely responsible for atrocities perpetrated in the aftermath of the #EndSARS protest.
