It was a sad moment on Monday, 9th March, 2020 as family members, friends and associates of former representative, Akinyele/Lagelu federal constituency in the National Assembly and the friend of the masses, late Temitope Olatoye Sugar gathered to mark the one year anniversary of his demise.
Tears flowed freely in the eyes of people as they remember the good and wonderful deeds which the late honourable has done for the masses.
Speaking with CEOAFRICA , the younger brother of Late Hon. Sugar, Mr Oladotun Gabriel Olatoye said the shoe his late brother left behind will be hard for anyone to fit into it.
Our Pain
We are pained because what sugar died for and what he represents, the government of the day has not done anything to honour him.
"This is a man who gave his lives for the sake of the masses and for the love he had for the people of the State. The consolation for us is that his memory lingers on in our heart.’  Oladotun stated
Late Temitope Olatoye Sugar until his death was Chairman, Urban Development and Regional Planning, House of Representatives, was gruesomely murdered by unknown assailants on March 9, 2019, during the governorship election in Oyo State.
