The National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT), Idi-Ishin, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Tuesday 25 February organised a sensitization workshop for vulnerable in her Neighbourhood with a theme “Prospect in Horticulture”.

During the workshop, participants were taught how to start horticultural farming with little or no money.

Speaking on the purpose of the workshop, Mrs Adebisi Adelani , assistant director research, head of farming system and extension department noted that the workshop is to sensitize the vulnerable group in the society, on the Prospect in Horticulture and to known what their needs are in horticultural farming.
