BREAKING: Supreme Court adjourns Ihedioha’s case to March 2

The Supreme Court has adjourned till 2 March, the hearing of the case filed by former governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha.

The adjournment followed an application by Kanu Agabi, lawyer to Ihedioha, who said he needed some more time to file some processes before the Court.

Lawyers to Governor Hope Uzodinma and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) did not oppose the application, CEOAFRICA gathered.

The seven-man panel of the apex court led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Mohammed, after listening to all the parties, adjourned the hearing till March 2, 2020.
