Her Excellency, Mrs Tamunomini Makinde, wife of the Oyo State Governor, has joined her counterparts at this year';s edition of the Southern Governor Wives'; Forum (SGWF).  

Mrs. Makinde is among 21 wives of the State Governors from South East, South South and South West presently attending the Forum tagged "Sister Beyond Boundaries" hosted by the Wife of Ebonyi State Governor, Mrs. Rachel Umahi.

The brainstorming is organized to avail the congregation of the wives of the governors the opportunities to harvest ideas on the harmonization of pet projects towards the advancement of the people in their respective regions.

Mrs. Makinde, who is the Chairperson of Oyo State Agency for Control of AIDS (OYSACA), impressed the gathering with the sterling scorecard of the present administration in the state.

She leveraged on the soaring popularity and acceptance of the Seyi Makinde';s responsive government by the people of the state and beyond. 

The regional parley of the First Ladies of Southern Governors, which ends on Saturday, will have wives of the President and Vice President, Mrs. Aishat Buhari and Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo in attendance.
