Chrisland University releases results, graduates first set with ‘First Class’, ‘Second Class Upper’

Chrisland University, Abeokuta on Friday released her results after the final meeting by the Senates on the results as the first set of the university graduates with First Class and Second Class Upper.

The university which started January 2016 for 2015/2016 academic session has fully graduated her first students.

Meanwhile, out of the graduated students, two students from the Department of Psychology made ‘First Class’ (with one of them making 5.5 points as CGPA) while four (4) students made ‘Second Class Upper’.

The university Vice Chancellor, Professor Chinedum Peace Babalola in a chat with CEOAFRICA said “To the glory of God, Chrisland University has graduated her first set today. Two of them in the Department of Psychology made First Class (with one of them making 5.5 points as CGPA) while four students made Second Class Upper”.

“The students were all examined by external examiners from top universities in this country. No stone was left unturned to give them the best and examine them strictly according to the best standard. These forerunners are our heroes and by God’s grace, they will represent the university well ” she said.

The VC further said “We are forever and extremely grateful to the Founder/Chancellor, Chrisland University, High Cheif Dr. (Mrs). W.A Awosika (OON) for her r sacrifice, input and impact to the world. God will bless her  richly”.

Professor Babalola however on behalf of the management, Senate, staff and students of the university thanked members of the Board of Trustee (BoT) and Council for their initiative, vision, mission, sacrifice and understanding with respect to Chrisland University. The Erudite professor  also used the opportunity to call on prospective students to ignite their future with Chrisland University.
