According to report, a truck belonging to Dangote hit two brothers, crushing the younger one to death at Ekpo Abasi roundabout in Calabar South at about 1:45 PM, Friday.

An eyewitness who spoke to CrossRiverWatch, the speeding truck driver lost control and knocked down the two brothers who were in a tricycle. The boys fell off the tricycle and the speeding truck crushed the 4-year-old boy on the spot while the other sustained injuries.

To avoid breakdown of law and order, police officers intervened by taking the driver and truck to the police station as an angry mob had threatened to set the driver and truck ablaze.
