Photos: Remains of Channels TV reporter leaves morgue as NYSC DG pays last respect

Brig.-Gen. Shuaibu Ibrahim, the Director-General, National Youth Service Corps, has paid his last respect to Precious Owolabi, the corps member who met his untimely death on Monday, during the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (a.k.a Shiites) clash with the Nigerian police in Abuja.

The deceased had his primary assignment with the Channels TV Abuja office.

NYSC members carry the remains of their colleague, Mr. Precious Owolabi, who was killed on Monday during a violent confrontation between Police and the Shi’ites. His body left the the National Hospital, Abuja on Tuesday. NAN image

Ibrahim inspected Owolabi’s body shortly before it was removed from the National Hospital Abuja, on Tuesday.
