FCT, Abuja -                        President Muhammadu Buhari, the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, are currently meeting, behind closed doors.

Our correspondent reports that the two presiding officers of the National Assembly arrived the Presidential Villa around 3.30pm.

The trio is still holding the meeting as at the time of filing this report.

Recalled Sen. Lawan led senate, on Wednesday 17 July, confirmed Muhammed Tanko as the new Chief Justice of Nigeria, following the submission of his name to the senate, last week by president Buhari.
