Wolverhampton Wanderers Kortney Hause completes Aston Villa switch

Kortney Hause, Wolverhampton Wanderers defender has completed a permanent move to Aston Villa after impressing on loan at the club in the second half of last season.

The 23-year-old is Villa's fourth signing of the summer following their restoration to the Premier League, joining £22m Brazilian striker Wesley Moraes, Jota and Anwar El Ghazi at Villa Park.

Hause made 11 league appearances for the Villans in the closing stages of the last campaign, contributing one goal as they secured promotion via the playoffs.

"Kortney has been a tremendous servant to this club, providing a solid backbone to our defence in the Championship where he helped lay the foundations for Wolves' rise to where we are today. We wish Kortney the very best in all his future endeavours."
