The ruling All Progressive Congress and its 2019 Presidential candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari has on Tuesday 11th June, 2019 prayed the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to strike out the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The ruling party also asked  the Tribunal to ignore the  presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging his re-election for being fundamentally defective.
