Plane's engine fails, crashes in Hekpoort, South Africa

A plane rammed into a tree on Thursday following its engine failure while flying in the Hekpoort area of Gauteng Netcare.
There were no wounded victims recorded.
The Ryan Navion light aircraft, had sustained damage when it hit a tree during the landing. The pilot was travelling alone.
Netcare spokesperson, Shawn Herbst said at about 9am, an over 60-year-old male pilot escaped wound when he was required to perform a forced landing in an unoccupied area, near to a private airstrip reportedly due to engine failure.
"The pilot was assessed, however refused to go to the hospital. The Fire and Rescue Services were on scene and have cordoned off the area," Herbst attested.
Local administrators were at the incidents for further probes
