Eden Hazard's move from Chelsea to the Spanish league side, Real Madrid could reportedly be finalised 'in the coming days'.

Hazard has been strongly linked with a move to the Bernabeu throughout the 2018-19 campaign.

The 28-year-old has scored 19 times and contributed 12 assists in 44 appearances for his London club this season, but will see his contract expire in June 2020 and is unlikely to pen an extension.

According to Marca, Madrid are nearing the capture of the Belgium international, with a move to Spain expected to be completed 'in the coming days'.
