The Oyo state police and its sister’s agencies have reacted swiftly to an alleged threat of voters’ life.

CEOAFRICA reports that CP Shina Olukolu while on election monitoring together with other sister agencies stormed ward 11 unit, Elewura community Grammar School, Ibadan and addressed complaints from voters on alleged threat to life.

Our news correspondent gathered that the electorate at the said ward raised an alarm over threats of life by hoodlums.

According to the voters, the men came with a bus to harass them, but took to their heels when they were alerted of security presence.

The CP however reacted to the complaints immediately, and reassured the people of adequate security as they continue to  exercise their civic rights as good citizens of Nigeria.
