Chelsea loanee Victor Moses made his first league start for Fenerbahce as they played out a 1-1 draw with Konyaspor at Sukru Saracoglu Spor Kompleksi (İstanbul) on Saturday evening.

The former Nigeria national-teamer previously made appearances off the bench against Yeni Malatyaspor, Göztepe and Kayserispor prior to today's contest against Konyaspor.

Moses missed a chance to open the scoring before the half-hour mark after seeing his header go off target.

Against the run of play, Moryke Fofana gave the visitors the lead in the 36th minute only for Jailson to restore parity for the Yellow Canaries in the first minute of first-half stoppage time.

In another match day 22 fixture in the Super Lig, ex-Nigeria U23 skipper Azubuike Okechukwu netted his maiden goal for Rizespor as they recorded an impressive 2-0 road win over Bursaspor.

The central midfielder, who was making his second league appearance for Rizespor, doubled the advantage in the 78th minute.

Super Eagles right back Abdullahi Shehu was introduced in the 30th minute, Chidozie Awaziem and Aminu Umar played 90 and 76 minutes respectively for Rizespor.
