Guaranty Trust Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Hezekiah Oyinlola as a non- executive director.

The announcement came after the approval of his appointment by the Central Bank of Nigeria in line with its requirement.

Oyinlola, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, was the first Nigerian Managing Director of Schlumberger Group in the country.

He was appointed to his current position as chairman of Africa Schlumberger Group in 2011, the bank said.

The statement quoted the Managing Director, GTB, Mr. Segun Agbaje, as saying, “We are pleased to have appointed Oyinlola, a seasoned professional with a proven track record to this position. All of us at Guaranty Trust Bank wish him the very best in his new position.”
