Nollywood veteran actress, Toyin Abraham, has shared a deep heart touching post about the effect of social media in this era.

Toyin expressed sadness, stating that relationship these days are only a fraction of what they used to be as most people just do things for the gram.

The talented actess shared an eye-catching cartoon photo, where a man who had an accident was more interested in updating his status than finding help.

Abraham used it to reinforce the message that people are now living for likes and comments as opposed to bonding with another human.

This post many will say it’s a call for deep reflection as she left social media users thinking hard and most reflected this in their comments when they agreed that the advent of social media is the major cause of depression and even betrayals as people as fake with a lot of things.

She further advised the present generation to drop their phones and embrace love.

She stated that finding someone to trust is more important than having thousands of friends on social media. She reiterated that we as a generation should let love lead us.
