Ms. Thoko Martha Mokgosi-Mwantembe has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kutana Group (a/k/a Kutana Investments Group) since 2009.

Ms. Mokgosi-Mwantembe founded Kutana Group in 2009. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Old Mutual Ltd. She worked in executive positions in global pharmaceutical and ICT companies.

From November 2004 to the end of October 2008, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard. She started her career as Product Manager for Glaxo from 1989 to 1994 and Merck, Sharp and Dohme from 1994 to 1996.

She held Marketing Executive and Managing Executive for Consumer Segment, positions at Telkom Limited from 1996 to 2001. She served as Divisional Managing Director of Siemens Telecommunications (Proprietary) Limited from 2001 to 2004.

Since March 2004, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel South Africa. She served as the Sales and Marketing Director at Lucent Technologies. She serves as the Chairman of Mintails Mining SA (Pty) Ltd. at Orminex Limited (formerly known as Mintails Limited).

She serves as a Director of Knorr-Bremse (SA) (Proprietary) Limited, Yebo Yethu and In 2 Food Group (Pty) Ltd. She has been Independent Non-Executive Director at Balwin Properties Limited since May 16, 2017.

She also served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Aveng Limited from December 2010 to November 24, 2017. She is a Director of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited since November 5, 2014 and Paracon Holdings Ltd. since November 2008.

She is a Director of Old Mutual. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Omnia Holdings Ltd., since June 1, 2018. She served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Absa Bank Limited since November 28, 2008. She has Strategic marketing focus, Expertise in innovation and ICT sector experience.

She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Vodacom Group Limited since May 18, 2009 earning a salary of $818,333.
