A US-based Ghanaian, Daniel Kankam, has been arrested by the Alexandia Police, Virginia for allegedly murdering one Somaya Hussein Ahmed.

According to a report by Fox5dc.com, the 44-year old suspect was arrested last weekend after the police responded to a call around midnight last Friday at which time the victim’s body was discovered.

Kankam has since been charged with murder.

According to the report, the suspect and the victim knew each other but the police is yet to establish the relationship between them.
