The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) on Sunday flagged off the 91st annual conference of the society in Ibadan with free medical services administered to the public at the Palace of the Olubadan of Ibadan, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Adetunji.
The President of the PSN, Pharm. Ahmed Yakassai noted that the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria believes in service to humanity hence the need to administer free health care services and also to celebrate the 90th birthday of the Olubadan of Ibadan.

He said, "To flag off something that is dear to our heart because we believe in service to humanity, we believe in giving out, we believe in touching lives. PSN is a society that is not selfish but always thinking of the public. We organized this health outreach to give to give out a little token, we are going to examine you to see what we can contribute.
"There are enough drugs to go round, pharmacists, doctors and nurses are here to advise you on healthy living and also to attend to your health concerns. This gesture is to herald the beginning of the 91st annual conference of the PSN."
