The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, and the Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, have visited the victims affected by flood in the state.

Prof. Osinbajo who visited the state on Thursday was accompanied by the Labour Minister, Chris Ngige, and other government officials.

At Umeze-Anam West Local Government Area, the Vice President told the flood victims that the Federal Government will support them by providing more relief materials to ease their sufferings.

He directed the immediate supply of foodstuff and financial intervention to the victims, to cushion the effect of the flood situation.
