This is one of attributes of the honourable member representing Lagelu/Akinyele constituency, Chairman House Committee, Urban Development & Regional Planning and 2019 gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State, who ‘s primary obligation is to always put smile on the people of Oyo State.

On Monday July 16, 2018, Hon Sugar started the second phase of ICT training and empowerment for both Oyo State indigenes and non-indigenes through his self-funded foundation, Olatoye Sugar Foundation (OSF) at the OSF headquarters located on plot 100, UI-road Agbowo, Ibadan.
